Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and analysis of the trade flow;
  • A/B book managing;
  • Permanent improving trading service quality, increasing the profits and profitability;
  • Monitoring the overall dealing results for reporting the new trends in Customers behavior and preferences. Underlining the good and bad tendencies in different tariffs, platforms, brokers. Developing suggestions for the improvement of them;
  • Executing the orders of Head of Dealing;
  • Reporting to Head of Dealing on the dealing results, hedging process, possible issues and problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree as a minimum. Post-graduate degree is an advantage;
  • Experience in trade flow analysis, assessment and risks identifying;
  • A/B book managing, position control;
  • Analytical and managing skills, ability to monitor and overview market conditions, which could influence on the performance of dealing department;
  • Skills to calculate profit, profitability and other indicators characterizing the dealing performance by instrument or by the whole department;
  • Experience in trading and analysis on financial markets. Ability to evaluate trading risks;
  • Knowledge of trading rules and features for financial market, particularly forex (e.g. market spreads, instrument volatility, trading conditions, swaps, counterparties);
  • Developing new products or dealing services, investigating possible cheating schemes and the ways of identifying and preventing them in future, calculations for the bonus programs and partnership, forecasts and views on the currencies and financial markets for the internal purposes and for the publications in mass media;
  • CySEC Basic or Advanced Certificate is a plus (the successful candidate will have to pass the basic exam in the first 6 months of his/her employment);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Professionalism and integrity.

  • Working hours- 8-hour shifts from 20.00 GMT Sunday until 22.00 GMT Friday
