Key Responsibilities:

Reporting

  • Reporting under EMIR and MiFID;
  • Overall control and responsibility on timely submission and correctness of reporting on behalf of the company;
  • Updating and control of relevancy of information in internal systems (e.g. directories updates);
  • Approval of internal documentation in regards to reporting requirements (general agreements with counterparties, etc.);
  • Reporting projects’ coordination: setting up business requirements, tasks and deadlines for IT or other involved groups, monitoring of timely and proper execution of set tasks and goals, testing, and leading projects to their final implementation;
  • Tracking and staying up to date on reporting requirements and/or other changes in legislation that might relate to the company.

Collateral

  • Execution of Margin collateral management;
  • Monitoring of existing collateral levels;
  • Identification of necessity and consequent registration of Margin Call/Return in Front-office systems;
  • Development and negotiation of agreements in part of Margin requirements;
  • Communication with Front-office, Compliance and Risk and other departments in relation to the Collateral function;
  • Preparation (periodical) reports with regards to day-to-day activity;
  • Intercompany collaboration (e.g. compliance, front-office) on reporting related issues;
  • Other related issues upon necessity (reports preparation, auditors’ requests, corporate actions, reconciliation, filing and archiving of documents, etc.).

 

Requirements:

  • University diploma (Economics, Finance or Maths are preferable)
  • Basic Maths (mathematical or financial modeling a plus) 
  • Relevant work experience in IB (Investment business) sphere as advantage; 
  • Language proficiency (English and Russian, Greek is a plus);
  • Technical proficiency: MS Office, Internet, email, back office related systems (e.g. SWIFT Alliance) are a plus;
  • Multi task, quick learning, being able to prioritize work, detailed, proven problem solving skills.
