Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain of provisional tax/ pre-tax profits for the Company; prepare tax returns and reports within the deadlines;
  • Prepare and maintain of the final income tax and VAT returns for the Company;
  • Develop tax strategies by researching, interpreting, and implementing tax laws;
  • Identify, evaluate, recommend and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize the Company’s tax liability while working with accounting department, external auditors and tax advisors;
  • Tax forecasting on a monthly basis;
  • Tax risks control/assessment;
  • Evaluate and develop tax policies, including transfer pricing and internal control procedures;
  • Lead of in-house, out-house Tax Audits of external audit company and Tax authority for tax area; communicate with Tax Authority regarding taxes reconciliations, tax audits results.

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in Investment Business at least 3 years;
  • University diploma (majors in economics or finance are preferable);
  • Language proficiency (English– fluent, Russian is a plus);
  • Technical proficiency: MS Office, Internet, email, accounting related systems;
  • Multi task, quick learning, being able to prioritize work, detailed, proven problem solving skills.
